With broad experience across all aspects of the Pharmacy trade, Mrs. Rodriguez has led Kramer from a local ethnic business to a national operation. During her tenure, the company has grown more than twenty fold through the introduction of differentiated products and channel expansion behind innovative marketing and sales strategies. Mrs. Rodriguez has pioneered programs to improve self care options in the Hispanic community and to support pharmacists in their frequent role as first line health care providers.
Mrs. Rodriguez is a member of The Committee of 200. The C200’s mission is to promote entrepreneurship and corporate leadership among women. Gloria is also a member of the International Women’s Forum, an organization where members cross boundaries to share knowledge and ideas, and provide a network of support.

Mr. Fitzsimmons brings a blend of senior marketing and new product development experience with top tier consumer products and OTC drug companies (P & G, Merck, GSK, and Wyeth) and top level leadership in new and fast growing smaller organizations. His experience spans a variety of businesses, including OTC medications, Toiletries, Household Products and Dermatology.
Scott earned his MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, and a
BS from NYU.

Bruce Lifka – Vice President

Mr. Lifka has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry in executive marketing, sales, and product development roles. He has served as the strategic leader on major global brands including Advil, Robitussin, Nicorette, and Rogaine. Throughout his career, Mr. Lifka has also been responsible for managing and growing portfolios with specialty pharmacy products.
Bruce earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Fordham University.

Mr. Sullivan has a proven track record of building distribution and sales on both powerhouse and specialty brands. He began his career at P & G and has held senior sales management roles at Wyeth and Wrigley, and in smaller companies able to utilize his deep channel experience across regional and national accounts.
